Filmmakers from Scotland attending Cannes 2023

The Scottish filmmaking talent attending this year's Cannes Film Festival with support from Screen Scotland.

Screen Scotland has supported 24 Scotland-based producers, directors, and writers to participate in the Marché du Film (16 - 24 May).

The Marché du Film offers a unique opportunity to build a network of international film industry professionals through screenings, panel sessions, and networking events.

We provided support for the Scotland-based attendees through either our Market and Festival Attendance Fund or through a Scottish Documentary Institute (SDI) bursary.
