The TripleC Scotland DDN freelancer programme is a 6-month initiative, funded by Screen Scotland, providing high level support to early and mid-level offscreen deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) freelancers working in the screen industries in Scotland.
The programme offers practical training (six online sessions), career support and advice, a bespoke CV workshop or mentoring, and an opportunity to network with industry at a hybrid networking event. Two members of the cohort will also be able to apply for a paid placement with a production company or post house for up to four weeks.
Who can apply
Early and mid-level freelancers working across any offscreen discipline in the screen industries who identify as deaf, disabled and/or neurodiverse can apply.
The programme supports individuals to move towards their career progression goals, whether within their current role or by transitioning to a different discipline. The programme aims to upskill participants and improve their access to industry.
Applicants must have at least two screen credits and may be asked for a link to a relevant IMDb or LinkedIn account.
