General Photo Requirements
The photos you submit do not need to be professionally shot but need to be well composed and meet the following requirements:
-
Shoot the photos in landscape rather than in portrait. (If you are using a phone, hold your device horizontally not vertically.)

Dark, poorly focussed photos will not be accepted.

Please take photos in good weather (no fog / rain) and in daylight.
-
Make sure there are no people in your shot.
-
Staged photos highlighting people, pets or objects will not be accepted.
-
Provide a good photo overview of your property: Exterior, interior, rooms and property from different angles, etc. Including the surrounding area as it is also helpful for the location professional to see what kind of street / roads are adjacent.
-
Include photos of the assets in your description (if you mention a pool, barn, etc., then include photos).
-
For interiors, stand in one corner of a room, and frame the photograph to include as much of the space as possible. Then stand in the opposite corner to take another photo, so both sides of the room are documented
-
Concentrate on the wide rooms and property features (not ornaments, décor close-ups or furniture).
-
Do not submit video clips, screen captures, watermarked photos, or brochures.

Photo Credit: Include a photo credit for all uploaded photos.
-
Please do not submit a location more than once.
