How to make flexible working work within the film and TV industry

An action research project exploring the potential opportunities to improve flexible working in the film and TV industry and reduce long hours, enhance health and wellbeing, and enable productions to attract and retain talent.

Screen Scotland commissioned Timewise and BECTU Vision to conduct an acrion research project to see how  to reduce long hours, enhance health and wellbeing, and enable productions to attract and retain talent in the film and TV industry.

The research identified several tactical ways to introduce flexibility to some roles within the constraints of the current working model.
