The Pact Indie Diversity Training Scheme is a unique opportunity aimed specifically at entry-level diverse talent (both graduates and non-graduates). Trainees undertake a six-month placement with an independent production company, allowing them to develop their talents in a thriving business environment. Pact's Scotland Indie Diversity Training Scheme is currently open for applications.
The companies involved in this year's scheme include:
- Beezr / BeesNees TV
- Firecrest Films
- IWC
- Mentorn Media / Firecracker Films (3 months in each company)
- Objective Media Group
- Raise the Roof Productions
- STV
- Synchroncity Films (only solely scripted company)
- Tern TV
The full programme of training, normally on a Saturday throughout the six months will teach trainees everything they need to know about building a career in television production.
Applications close on Friday 4 December at 5pm. To find out more about the scheme and submit an application, visit the ThinkBigger website.
