Following a competitive selection process, the ten participating companies are:

The course - taking place online over four days in November - will be delivered by variety of industry experts including Calum Gray, Clare Thompson, Hattie Burles, Jen Topping, Sam Ampah and Sheryl Crown, will cover business essentials such as management, leadership, finance, development, and navigating the commissioning landscape.

There will be visits from key organisations such as Business Gateway, Screen Scotland and UK broadcasters, as well as conversational sessions with successful Scotland-based production companies.

Those selected to take part will complete a business strategy for their company as they work through the course, allowing them to create notes on their evolving company growth strategy, and highlight areas of business need.

We are delighted to be able to support these additional ten companies through FOCUS Bootcamp and are excited to help them grow and thrive in Scotland’s screen sector and beyond.
