Call for Evidence: The National Lottery Good Causes

For more than 30 years, the National Lottery has been supporting Good Causes across the UK, including culture and creativity in Scotland in all its forms and across all parts of the country, through Creative Scotland. It can be said beyond doubt that National Lottery funding for good causes has changed cultural life in Scotland for the better, enabling creativity to thrive, more people to be able to experience it, to all our benefit.

After the recent national celebration of those first 30 years, we all now have the opportunity to help shape how National Lottery funding is used in the years ahead to ensure that it continues to make a real and lasting positive difference to all our lives.

The UK Government is launching a call for evidence on how Good Cause funding should be spent in the future.

If you have received funding through the National Lottery or have enjoyed a cultural event or activity that the National Lottery has supported, this is your chance to share how that has benefited you, your community, and your thoughts on what such funding should support in the future.
