What are our purposes for processing your personal information?
The purpose of Screening Shorts website is to provide access to film content for educational purposes.
To access and download film content, users must have a Glow account. When they click on the login link this opens the Glow login webpage. Following the user logging into Glow, they will be pointed back to Screening Shorts website where they can access and download film content.
CS may process your name and email address if you want to contact use by sending a communication through Screening Shorts website e.g. an enquiry, complaint, compliment, rights request, freedom of information request. We require your name and email address to be able to respond to you.
What is our legal basis for handling and using your personal information?
Public Function - in the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of Creative Scotland’s official authority as Controller including under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
