Creative Scotland requires confirmation of the identities of the persons responsible for the management of your association in order to enter into a legally binding contract.
What is our legal basis for handling and using your personal information?
Legal Obligation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation - to comply with a common law or statutory obligation e.g. Common Law Fraud.
How long will we keep your personal information?
Up to 7 years.
